Your Responsibilities
  • Preparing and managing refinery shutdowns, reactor installations and other repair assignments
  • Staff supervision and coordination
  • Acting as the on-site point of contact for clients and customers
  • Coordinating subcontractors on site
  • Monitoring compliance with safety regulations
Your Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training followed by several years of professional experience
  • Additional qualification as an Industrial Foreman (Industriemeister), or alternatively as a Certified Welding Supervisor / Welding Specialist
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience independently managing on-site installation projects
  • Willingness to travel worldwide
  • Excellent command of English
  • An independent and efficient working style
  • High resilience, flexibility, cost awareness and sensitivity towards different mentalities and culture
