Your Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and taking responsibility for payroll-relevant data in SAP, in line with statutory regulations, collective agreements, works agreements and employment contracts
  • Preparing monthly payroll for both industrial and administrative employees
  • Administering company pension schemes
  • Acting as the point of contact for employees on payroll-related matters
  • Preparing reports and statistics on relevant key figures
  • Confidently liaising with social security providers and public authorities
  • Carrying out and reviewing system adjustments (customising), including testing updates and implementing annual statutory changes in the payroll software
  • Contributing to projects and preparing for company audits round out the role
Your Qualifications
  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of hands-on payroll experience is essential
  • Good knowledge of labour, social security and payroll tax law
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP HR
  • An affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills
  • An independent, proactive and reliable working style
