Your Responsibilities

Contributing to the strategic development of the supplier portfolio
Analysing procurement markets
Assessing technical and logistical issues
Obtaining and evaluating quotations
Preparing and leading negotiations
Independent purchasing and order processing
Creating orders and tracking deadlines
Clarifying and resolving contract disruptions
Auditing new suppliers
Evaluating suppliers
Coordinating expediting activities for suppliers

Your Qualifications

Commercial training followed by a degree, e.g. in industrial engineering
Several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in plant engineering
Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (MM)
Business-fluent written and spoken English
International experience and willingness to travel
